Unburied: Part 1 of Reclaiming Your Worth

Cancellation Policy

Payments and deposits A 50% deposit is required to reserve your reading unless you choose to pay in full at the time of booking. Your deposit holds your reading and is applied toward the total service price. Your remaining balance must be paid in full before your completed reading's video link is released. Reading Delivery Your reading will be delivered through a video link once your reading is complete and full service payment has been confirmed. Please allow up to five days after full payment is confirmed for your reading link to be sent. Emergency Readings If you need your readings in less than 24 hours, please select Emergency Reading service rather than a standard reading. A standard reading booking does not include emergency turnaround. Rescheduling and Save My Spot Requests If you need to move your reading or save your reserved reading for a later date, please contact MJ with adequate notice and within seven days of your original booking. If you are booking specifically to reserve a reading for later, you must state "Save My Spot" in a personal message at the time of booking. Let MJ know that you are reserving your reading for a future date rather than requesting standard delivery. Rescheduling and saved-reading arrangements must be confirmed directly with MJ. Your deposit will be applied toward your reserved service. Updated Pricing Updated service prices apply to bookings placed after 11 November 2026, regardless of when the reading is completed. Bookings placed on or before 11 November 2026, retain the price confirmed when booked.
